A full-scale plant, not a workshop.

Built to deliver at scale and to spec. The same plant builds both halves of our work, solid wood and engineered, veneer, laminate and HDHMR, and holds tolerance across an entire project.

The questions partners ask first.

What is your minimum order? +
No rigid minimum. We make everything from a single bespoke door to full multi-hundred-unit developments through the same factory.
Do you make engineered doors, or only solid wood? +
Both, and engineered is about half our work. Solid hardwood for character and weight, engineered (veneer, laminate, HDHMR) for stability, budget and design range. Same factory, same standard.
What are your lead times? +
Lead times vary from project to project. Sizes, species, finish and quantity all change the programme, so we quote a firm lead time with your pricing. Larger schedules are planned in phases so deliveries land when your site needs them.
Can you ship to my country, and handle customs and documentation? +
Yes. Most of our work ships within India and to the USA, and we are not limited to those two. We also export to the UK, the UAE and across the Gulf, and will quote any destination. Full export documentation, IEC, LUT, packing lists and BOQ support are handled in-house.
Do you install the doors? +
On-site installation is available across India. For export orders, we ship with detailed fitting guidance for your installer.
What finishes and custom sizes can you do? +
Fully custom to drawing. Frames and hardware supplied on request.
How do you prevent warping and cracking? +
For solid wood: a 48-hour moisture and pest treatment, then kiln drying to the wood's limit, so the wood's movement happens in our factory, not your building. The full process is shown above. For engineered doors, stability comes from the build itself, a stable core with sealed, edge-banded edges.
How does pricing work, and can I get a sample first? +
Send species or build, sizes and quantity and we return a transparent quote, usually within two working days. Not ready for pricing? Order a custom sample, or ask for a factory walkthrough first.
