A full-scale plant, not a workshop.
Eight machine lines under one roof, from kiln to spray booth, with multiple presses, routers, jointing lines and saws running in parallel. Solid wood and engineered are cut, pressed, squared and finished on the same floor, so tolerance holds across an entire project.

What is your minimum order? +
No rigid minimum. We make everything from a single bespoke door to full multi-hundred-unit developments through the same factory.
Do you make engineered doors, or only solid wood? +
Both, and engineered is about half our work. Solid hardwood for character and weight, engineered (veneer, laminate, HDHMR) for stability, budget and design range. Same factory, same standard.
What are your lead times? +
Lead times vary from project to project. Sizes, species, finish and quantity all change the programme, so we quote a firm lead time with your pricing. Larger schedules are planned in phases so deliveries land when your site needs them.
Can you ship to my country, and handle customs and documentation? +
Yes. Most of our work ships within India and to the USA and Europe, and we are not limited to those markets. We also export to the UK, the UAE and across the Gulf, and will quote any destination. Full export documentation, IEC, LUT, packing lists and BOQ support are handled in-house.
Do you install the doors? +
On-site installation is available across India. For export orders, we ship with detailed fitting guidance for your installer.
What finishes and custom sizes can you do? +
Fully custom to drawing. Frames and hardware supplied on request.
How do you prevent warping and cracking? +
For solid wood: a 48-hour moisture and pest treatment, then kiln drying to the wood’s limit, so the wood’s movement happens in our factory, not your building. The full process is shown above. For engineered doors, stability comes from the build itself, a stable core with sealed, edge-banded edges.
How does pricing work, and can I get a sample first? +
Send species or build, sizes and quantity and we return a transparent quote, usually within two working days. Not ready for pricing? Order a custom sample, or ask for a factory walkthrough first.
Which wood species do you use? +
For solid wood doors we mainly work in teak, white oak, sheesham and acacia. Engineered doors use a real-wood veneer, laminate or a painted finish over a stable core such as HDHMR, MDF, block board or honeycomb. We can source other species to your specification.
Where is your factory? +
Our plant is at 684, RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera, Bhiwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan 301707, India, in the Delhi-NCR region. It has over 50,000 sq ft of production space with direct highway access, close to the dry port for sea freight and Delhi airport for air freight.
How many doors can you make, and what size of project do you take on? +
Our capacity is over 1,000 doors a month, depending on specification. We have completed more than 2,500 custom projects, from a single carved main door for a private home to every door in a residential building or a synagogue in New York.
Which countries have you delivered doors to? +
We have delivered across India and to the USA (New York, California, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Delaware and Portland), the UK (London), Nigeria and Bhutan. We also quote for the UAE, the wider Gulf, Europe and Japan.
